Your Data Under GDPR

Legal Basis for Processing (Art. 6)

  • Consent — cookieless analytics you accept via the cookie banner, and any product-update emails you opt into.
  • Contract / pre-contractual steps — responding to waitlist signups and inquiries.
  • Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and operational.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Waitlist and contact details: until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist closes, then deleted.
  • Email correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Analytics: aggregated, non-identifying data only, retained per Vercel's settings.

Processors & International Transfers

We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Resend — transactional email for the waitlist (EU region)
  • Vercel — website hosting, delivery, and cookieless Web Analytics
  • Stripe — payment processing in our apps and products (this website does not take payments)
  • OpenStreetMap — map tiles used only to display our location; not used to track or profile you

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the transfer safeguard.

Bromander Labs Tools

The Labs calculators run entirely in your browser. Your inputs — specs, prompts, pasted text — are never sent to us, logged, or stored. Site usage analytics are separate, cookieless, load only if you accept the cookie banner, and collect only aggregate, non-identifying data.

Children

Our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, the age of digital consent in Sweden. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
